DEAR LOVERS OF BILTONG, PLEASE NOTE:

At Byron Jerky and Biltong we don't just say no to preservatives... we really don't use them.

​

Biltong will leave our premises with 4 weeks shelf life on it and it needs to be stored in the fridge after you open it.

​

As per the legal storage instructions, you will extend the shelf life by an additional 3 months by storing a sealed pack in the fridge at or below 4C

​

Our Jerky is much dryer, leaves the factory with 12 months shelf life on it, and doesn't require refrigeration.
