Our Shaved Biltong is finished to a Soft-Medium Texture which is Lean and has most of the fat trimmed off, some fat may remain. If you prefer Biltong that has more Fat please order Fatty Biltong in this menu, if you prefer a Hard Biltong please order Biltong Bites. If you prefer flavoured Biltong (which is not traditional biltong) that is a harder please 'CLICK HERE' to try our fantastic flavoured jerky range.
