Our Biltong is free from gluten, soy, msg and artificial preservatives. Biltong has a best before date of 2-3 weeks.
 
Our Shaved Biltong is finished to a Soft-Medium Texture which is Lean and has most of the fat trimmed off, some fat may remain. If you prefer a Hard Biltong please order Biltong Bites.
