We're re-introducing the option of 'No Signature Required' but to keep things fair you have to agree to and understand the following
1. 'Signature Required'
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier company will leave a card asking you to re-book the delivery or arrange to pick it up at a depot.
We guarantee delivery* if you choose' Signature Required', but you need to reasonably accept that their may be a delay, if there is a
*Applies to Domestic deliveries only (Australia). Please see 'Terms of Service' for International delivery policy.
If you prefer Delivery by Australia Post, please just leave us a note by clicking the "Add a Note" link below.
2. 'No Signature Required'
This can be quicker and easier, but parcels have gone 'missing'.
We will always be able to demonstrate that we've acted in good faith and sent your order but we unfortunately can't accept liability
in this instance.
