Our products are made from healthy grass fed animals that have never been treated with artificial hormones.

We are so careful to uphold this standard that we go to the extent of making our own spice mixes. Biltong is specifically mentioned in the Paleo Diet, but so much of it is made with imported spice mixes that contain nitrites, sorbates, sulphates, msg and a host of other nasties that they just simply can't be trusted.
